Suite Showcase 24 - Softly Stippled

Hello and Happy New Year!

Welcome to the first Suite Showcase of the year, I hope you had a lovely festive season. This month, I'm showing what I've been making using the FREE Sale-A-Bration Softly Stippled Designer Series Paper. During January and February you can earn free items with every £45 spend. For all of my cards, I've used the Kraft notecards and envelopes, the new Stippled Rose bundle and Thoughtful Moments Hybrid Embossing Folder. These 3 items come to over £90 which allows you to pick 2 FREE Sale-A-Bration items and for these cards I've used the Softly Stippled DSP and Opaque Faceted Gems.

Corner fold card

Hi all,

Welcome back to my blog.

Today I thought I would share with you a corner fold card that I've been playing with. It turns out it was really easy!

I used a 10.5cm square card base to make it. Then I cut a separate piece of card at 11.5cm square. Scored at 1 cm on 2 sides (next to each other). I mitred the corner where the score lines met, added tear and tape to the tabs and attached to the card blank. For more detail, please see the PDF tutorial here on my website.

I hope you like the card. Why don't you try out some different sizes?

Darling Donkeys

Hi there!

Happy Friday!! I hope you are all keeping well. Fingers crossed that Spring is on its way soon. There is only one week left in our Sale-A-Bration (SAB). You can earn free product for every £45 you spend. In this blog I’m sharing with you, a card I made using one of our free stamp sets, the Darling Donkeys. Aren't they cute!

During Sale-A-Bration you can also earn free papers. I’ve teamed the Darling Donkeys up with the free SAB papers called Flower and Field. The colours in the papers are so gorgeous. They are so bright & cheery and with the donkeys, they’re just so joyful.

I made this fun fold card using Just Jade cardstock as my base and cut a portion off the front which allows you to see the inside of the card. The little strip across tucks in under the Hee Haw sentiment to lock the card shut. The card is layered with basic white and bumblebee cardstock to keep it bright and cheery.

Please do share with me your makes, I’d love to see them!
